Template:Expand Shlyapa Volshebnika (Russian: Шляпа волшебника, Literally: "Magician's Hat") was a series of three short films produced by Sverdlovsktelefilm in 1980, 1981 and 1983 in the USSR, based on the book Finn Family Moomintroll, which was one of the Moomin books by Swedish-Finnish illustrator and writer Tove Jansson.

The series made with cutout animation and unfortunately the main characters were unneccessarily re-designed by the Russian animators - giving Moomintroll dungarees and hair, Snufkin a beak, and Moominpappa sideburns and a pipe! The films were produced in colour and made using 2D animation. Outside of Russia the series has been little-seen.Template:Fact.
