Synopsis[]
Moominmamma is so homesick that she finds a magical way to travel back to Moominvalley - until she becomes trapped!
Trivia[]
This episode features a shanty performed by the fisherman, Moominpappa and Moominmamma, as Moominpappa and Moomintroll go fishing, while Moominmamma collects various plants and items to use as colours for her paints. As such, it marks the first time in the Moominvalley series that a member of the Moomin family performs a musical number (outside the context of performing in a show, and without any musical involvement from Snufkin).
